Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 4 June 2009 that Mr Stirling, the Managing Director of the Company, bought 23,088 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 June 2009 at a price of 57.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Stirling is interested in 102,711 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
